1. Availability & Processing Time
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund using your original payment method.
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Delivery Area
We currently ship to all European countries.
Shipments outside Europe are not available at this time.
3. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are special pieces handcrafted for you.
Please allow up to 8 weeks for production and delivery.
4. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from the Netherlands, or occasionally from Italy, depending on availability and our designer’s location.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order value and destination.
Additional fees may apply to remote areas or oversized packages, these will be clearly shown at checkout.

6. Delivery & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery time within Europe is typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lievesjewellery@.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
