Returns
You can return any item purchased on lieves.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

Contact Us: Before you return your item, please contact our customer support team at info@lieve.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on where to send the returned goods.

Prepare your package: Pack your items safely back in the original packaging, if possible. Include all original tags, jewelry certificates, and any related accessories.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lieves Jewels is not responsible for items lost in transit.

You must ship the product(s) you wish to return, carefully packaged and complete with all their parts to the following address:

Conditions for Returns

The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in the original packaging with all the tags and certificates intact.

Customized items are only eligible for returns if they have defects in craftsmanship or material.

We will refund what you paid for the products within 14 calendar days after we receive your statement of withdrawal. Please note, however, that as required by law, we will only be able to make a refund when we have received the products for which you have exercised your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of refund, or partial refund.
